Ray for Model Number FPHS2399KF2 Fridge showing syef code. Evap fan and sensor ok. Installed new board (5303918498) but unit will not start. There are no interior lights or display lights. Verified all connections. Reinstalled old board and it starts Thoughts?
Answer Ray, This issue would be a main control board issue and you will want to make sure that you are trying to hook up without the harness first and if that does not work then use the supplied harness.
