Dennis for Model Number LGUS2642LE2 I had an error code SY CE. I replaced the main control board part# 5303918538 and the user interface display board part 242114904 everything seems to be working except for the touch buttons on the display panel. I can't change the temperature, from water to ice, or any other features including the control lock which doesn't seem to be locked. I've tried resetting by leaving unplugged for 15 minutes without any results. Thanks
Answer Hello Dennis, The fault code you had was a communication error between the display board and the main board. Check all connections including the ones at the door hinge and if no loose connections are located, one of the new boards is defective and will need to be replaced again. Read More...
