Hello Chris, As per the wiring diagram, you need to make sure you have 120Vac on terminals J1-3 and J1-9. If the voltage is there, you should next check for neutral on J1-2, J1-4 and J1-8. Checking for neutral is a bit different in the sense that you have to use line as a reference test point. In other words, instead of testing to ground as you would to test for 120Vac, you will use a known 120Vac line as the point to test to instead of ground. This will read 120Vac if neutral is present. If any of these test points don't give the expected results, there will be an issue before the board. Use of the wiring diagram will help reveal the source of the issue. I really suspect an issue at the board in one of the connectors that plug onto the board. This will have to be located with a test meter unless close visual inspection reveals other wise. There is no programming for this configuration. I was studying the wiring diagram for model number LGHS2667KP0. You will notice this is not the model you listed on the post, but is the closest to the number you listed. If this is not the exact model number you have, you will need to refer to the wiring diagram on the tech sheet for the appliance or look your model number up online. The reason is that if the model isn't exact, the wiring diagram cannot be considered to be valid for your model since the manufacturer changes the wiring configuration for each model number.
