Alfredo, Yes, that is the correct control board part number for the model number you supplied. It does substitute to a control board kit 241739710. But based on your post description, you need to look at the power supply(voltage) to the refrigerator (110-120 VAC). and check or replace the start device on the compressor 241941003 Low voltage and a device issue will cause the compressor to have a start issue, and will cause the refrigerator to not cool.
