Michael, The refrigerator dispensing water but not ice could be caused by a clogged filter that is not allowing enough water to flow through. What this would cause is a possible clogged fill tube with ice. You will want to pull the icemaker out and check the fill tube to make sure that the fill tube is not frozen. If frozen clear the fill tube. If the filter has not been changed after 6 months of use then it is a good idea to replace the filter. If the filter is good and the fill tube is frozen then the issue would be caused by a seeping water valve and the valve would need to be replaced. If the fill tube is not frozen and the unit is not getting water to the icemaker then you can test the water valve to make sure that the valve is getting power when it calls for water. If not then the icemaker would be the issue and if it does then replace the valve.
