Robin for Model Number FKCH17E7HWC We have the Electrolux refrigerator/freezer which we used as a refrigerator. Now we want to use it as a freezer but the control isn't switching to the freezer. It works on the refrigerator side of the control. Is there a switch to flip or how do we get it to convert? Thank you.
Answer Hello Robin. If the freezer is not working, you will need to order and replace the freezer control board on the unit. Make sure the switch 297251201 is good before replacing the board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
