Andy for Model Number FTF2140ES0 Hi. I think the error code I'm getting is E5B. I'm getting five flashes on the five right side lights and a total of eleven flashes on the Start light. The error code chart I have says I need to replace the "speed control board". Is this the board I need (134743500)? Also, does it make sense that the machine will allow no water to enter it with cold water hose (only) hooked while powered on with this failure? I can hear no water flowing while hooked up and "started". Do I need both hot and cold hooked up to test? It's in my garage with only one water hookup until I can confirm I've repaired it at which time I will move it to my basement laundry room to hook up permanently. Thanks.
Answer Andy, The speed control board is part number 134743500 and would need to be replaced. For the cold water not entering the unit it would have to do with only one of the water lines being hooked up. You will want to have it set up for both hot and cold to test properly. Read More...
