Drew Hello. I have a fridgidaire affinity washer that's about 4 years old. Whenever I plug it in the system will go right into drain me saying 3 minutes but not ever changing. I can turn off. Set to a mode then hit start and it gites right back. Clicking sounds in door and control area heard. Have done factory reset and won't let me enter diagnostic mode to check codes. Put in new door lock and then new control board. Still same problem. Repair man came out and couldn't determine. Said to just repair main contol board and that could be it. About to go old school and buy top load with no computers. Help? ??
Answer Hello Drew, Blow through the pressure hose and make sure it is not clogged. Also, make sure the pressure switch is good. If it senses a full tub, it will go into drain mode to remove the water. We will need your model number to help you more with this.
