Justin Hello, I have a Frigidaire Affinity front load washer. When I select the settings I want and hit start it runs water for a few seconds then stops, this happens a few times. I have tried unplugging power for 5 plus mins multiple times, I have tested water supply lines to make sure they are working and have good pressure, I have also checked wiring from control board to the speed control board (nothing looks burnt or damaged including both boards themswlves). None of these have helped at all. The washer is just over a year old. I have read in a couple different places that the first thing to replace is the control board in this instance (as all wiring and boards look to be in good repair), what would your suggestion be? Thank you for your time, Justin
Answer Hello Justin. If all the parts on the unit are testing good, then it would lead to the control board on the unit. Keep in mind, that it is normal for the water to start and stop at the beginning, but then should continue on and run the cycle. Read More...
