Matt for Model Number CFW4700LW0 When I select the 'normal' cycle the time to complete displayed is over an hour and a half. Before this problem started the time to complete displayed was 41 minutes. With the extended time to complete the cycle it doesn't show a spin speed nor will it let you select one. It is also affecting the casual cycle as well now. Could the motor control board be the culprit? If not, what else should I be looking at?
Answer Matt, First check the fill hose and fill valve debris screens, a slow fill will extend the wash cycle. Then check to make sure the washer is draining properly. if you've done the basic checks for suds, off balanced loads etc. then check or replace the main control board. Read More...
