Mike G for Model Number Frigidaire front load washer My Frigidaire front load washer will fill, and drain but it won't spin. I have run through the Frigidaire diagnostics sequence. Everything works except filling. The motor spins fine. Resistance between the motor pins is ~5 Ohms, so in spec. The drum rotates freely. My error code is E5F. I have checked wiring from the main control board to the motor controller and it looks fine. E5F points me to a test that says to replace the main controller and if that doesn't fix the problem then replace the motor controller. Shotgunning a repair is expensive and I am trying to convince myself the main controller is good since all the other functions work on it. I think I need a new motor controller, 134743500. I also plan to get a new belt since I have the back cover off. What do you think?
