Steve for Model Number BLTF2940FS1 I got a real difficult issue and would need some advise. My washer won't let water in any wash cycle. I checked the solenoids for conductivity and they are ok. When using the wash/ drain cycle my drain pump won't drain. The conductivity is fine and I can measure 120 V on the drain pump quick connect. At this point I switched the main control board with no effect. When running the diagnose cycle I will get a E57 error (high voltage on inverter). My motor runs freely and conductivity is ok between pins 1 to 3 and between 4 and 5. Do this issue relate to the motor speed control board?
Answer Steve, This issue will most likely be a issue with the speed control board with getting the E57 error. For the water not filling you will want to check to see if there is 120 vac getting to the valve and if there is then the valve is faulty and if there is not then will be the main board that is the issue.
