King for Model Number GLTF2940ES3 I have a fridgidaire gallery series model GLTF2940ES3 which does NOT spin at all. When running diagnostics everything works fine except for the last 3 receiving E59 error. Tested and results with motor spins free, all resistance readings are good on motor only issue is that washer will NOT spin even when pulling on tub pulley. Kindy confirm is speed/motor control board causing issue and should i replace?
Answer King, You need to make one more test. At the motor control board,remove the harness and check across the gray wire (pin 3) and the white wire(pin 4) in the harness to the motor. You should read 105-130 ohms resistance. If you have the resistance, replace the MCU. If you do not have the resistance, replace the motor. Read More...
