Jw for Model Number FFBD2406NS9B Will not drain- have removed ALL filters and drain pump- no obstructions- I can direct wire pump and it will drain fine. What else can I do?
Answer JW, as the pump will drain properly when voltage is applied to it, either the main control 5304512731 is not sending the voltage to the pump or the wire harness 5304504853 has a break in it. The wire can be tested by testing from connection P3 pin 4 to the wire connection going to the drain pump for continuity, then testing the white wire of the drain pump to the white wire of the door switch for continuity.
