Answer Hello John, This is most likely caused by a stopped up defrost drain. You will need to remove the control box and heat the drain with a clothes steamer. If you don't have a clothes steamer you can use a hairdryer if you do not use it on a setting higher than medium, to prevent damage to the refrigerator liner.
