Joe for Model Number PLHS267ZCB0 Freezer works fine. Fridge is warm and not cooling. I noticed the damper was not on when I felt toward the back of the unit. So decided to loosen some of the screws and upon doing so the damper kicked on but now it comes on intermittently or not at all unless I loosen the front screws underneath the thermostat dials. This seems to kick it back on but sometimes it needs a light tap to get it going. Is this actually a bad thermo sensor and has nothing to do with damper?
Answer Hello Joe. No, it sounds like the damper is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, October 14, 2015
