Kristin for Model Number FRS23R4CW5 We had a power surge go through our house and the refrigerator stopped working, everything thawed and melted. We replaced the control box kit because we could see it looked burnt. That seemed to fix everything...until everything started freezing in the fresh food side. We thought the thermometer in the freezer had failed, but not the case. We replaced that as well and we still continue to have a fresh food side at around 25°. Do you have any ideas on what we can try next?
