Greg This is Greg again. Reversing the plug makes no sense. The entire plug assembly is one piece. One of the plugs is offset. The others are not. It cannot be reversed. The plug that is not connected is laying on top of the spade that I think it SHOULD be plugged into. It lines up this way. Should I just back off the entire connector assembly, and then reconnect it with this top connector slid onto the spade?
Answer Hello Greg. We are referring to the connector on the micro-switch on the damper assembly. If it is on the wrong micro-switch, the unit will open and close improperly. The instructions tell you how to wire the control box 5304482075 correctly for each model number. Thank you. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, September 1, 2011
