Greg Greg again. First of all, the instructions had very useful information. They most certainly do NOT describe the different wirings for the different models. Secondly, the pictures were illegible - looked like a 2 yr old finger painted them, and THEN it was xeroxed 100 times. If you actually look at one of these in front of you, it will be obvious what I am describing. The gray wire that goes on the top spade lug. They made the connector idiot proof - you cannot plug it in backwards. However, in my case, they seem to have misaligned it when it was connected such that it missed the spade, and is just sitting on top of it.
Answer Hi Greg. Unfortunately the instructions supplied are Xeroxed way too much. However we aplogise as we do not have any control over this. It is true that a wire will get pulled out of its connecter or made too short, human mistake's. We also aplogise that you had to plug the connecter back into the terminal. Did this currently solve you issues? We will be here to help. Thank you. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, September 2, 2011
