Richard S for Model Number plhs2677zab5 I had this part replace by a appliance service com. but the freezer still gets frost in it & the refrigerator is still freezing. I have turn the control setting down but still have trouble controling the temp. Now the service com. 30 day warranty is up & they want another service charge to come out & check it again.
Answer Hello Richard, If the service technician left the instructions to the kit then you may want to read over them and just double check all the steps visually to ensure it is connected properly.
