Keith for Model Number glrs267zaw6 Side by side is not frosting up, but in order to keep refrig, side from freezing I have to keep freezer temp control at less than 1. Actually just barely on and the fridge side on off. (0). Air does still circulate through the vent keeping temp around 40. The freezer is about 10. Do I need part 5304482075 control box kit to fix this ? thanks
Answer Hello Keith, If the thermostat is in the off position but there is still cold air coming into the refrigerator through the damper then the damper is faulty and you would need to replace control box kit 5304482075.
