Answer Hello Brian. Both the upper element 5303051140 and the lower should read closed for continuity and show an ohm resistance. You will need to test the elements for continuity. If closed, they are good. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
