Stephanie for Model Number Frigidaire electric range My frigidaire electric range suddenly stopped heating. The stove burners, bake and broil elements suddenly quit working. All lights, timers, etc. are functioning properly so I know the unit is recieving power.
Answer Stephanie, you need to check and make sure you have 220-240 VAC to the outlet at the wall (check and reset the breaker several times). and check the power cord connections at the terminal block on the back of the range. Apparently you have at least 120 VAC to the range, this operates the L1 voltage to the control, oven light, etc. L2 is usually the power supplied, to the elements, if the L2 circuit doesn't supply power to the elements the stove won't heat. If you need more assistance, please include a model number so we can verify the wiring and control board circuits. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, October 3, 2013
