Dean C for Model Number FEF379ACE The hot surface light does not go off when the cook top is cold... Am i correct that the sensor is part of the burner? Can i replace just the sensor without replacing the burner as tall the burners work properly? I do not see it listed on the parts list. Do you have a part number for the sensor? I believe it is the front left burner but have not ohm'd it out yet....I'm assuming it is the white probe that extends across the burner and it looks pretty simple to replace with just 2 small screws. Would you have a clear copy of the wiring diagram available as the ones online are too blurry when i zoom in....
Answer Dean, The sensor is not available as a separate part and you would need to get the element. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, May 10, 2017
