Dave M. for Model Number GSB5755DB0 The heating element(part #AP4424048) on my Frigidaire dishwasher (model GSB5755DB0)has burned out and also melted the connection terminals to the point that I don't think it is wise to connect them to the replacement element. Are replacement terminals available that I could splice in? Is there a part#? FYI I believe the element burned out because water was leaking through where the element goes through the tub and shorted out the connection. During operation I smelled burning plastic, flipped off the breaker and then discovered the badly charred/melted terminals on the heating element. I put a digital ohm meter on the element and got no reading at all after following the directions I found on this website. Thanks in advance for any help.
