Chris for Model Number ATF7000ES0 While replacing the door hinge, a flat metal part dropped into the machine from the back. I was hoping that I would be able to screw new hinge into existing holes, but of course, there was nothing there to screw into. So now the door will not go on. It appears that I have to open the entire machine to get that part back into place so screws have something to screw into. Has this ever happened before?
Answer Hello Chris, These are normally affixed with a piece of double-sided tape but I suppose the manufacturer saved a bit of money in the manufacturing process of your machine. I'm sorry but we have no control over the manufacturers and their assembly processes. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Read More...
