Hello Ron. If the hinges are not holding the door up then it sounds like the door is too heavy for the hinges. It is possible that there is ice that has developed inside the door that may be causing the door to be to heavy for the hinges. You will want to pull the inner liner of the door and check for ice and if there is any then clear it out or let it thaw.
