Hello Ivo, First off, I would go through the front. This way the unit doesn't have to be moved at all, but can remain in it's original position. This will also allow you to see into the pump opening where foreign objects commonly pose problems. Unplug the unit or turn off the breaker. Put a few towels around the pump area as you will lose some water during this process. There is a clamp on each of the three openings. Remove the three clamps and remove the hose. If the "ball" isn't included with the new part, you will need to remove it from the old part and install it into the new one. Of course the reassembly is in the reverse order of the disassembly.
