B. Williams for Model Number FFHS2611LBRA Hello my icemaker I recently purchased 241798231 there is an issue with it. The problem seems to be with the control arm not coming down, it seems to hanging up for some reason and is not moving freely. It does not come all the way down when the ice maker cycles. Is there supposed to be some spring tension on the arm to bring it down?
