Ken for Model Number FGHB284444LFE My unit quit making Ice. I replace the ice maker, water valve, and filter. I also defrosted the unit prior to turning it on. The machine made 3 cubes ice. Its been the same now for 5 day. I see that the arm on the side of the maker is in the up position. Is that normal. what else should I check or change to fix the problem. Could the new ice maker be defective? Please help. Respectfully, Ken
Answer Ken, Check to make sure no evaporator fingers are bent and the mold moves to the fingers. There were some issues with the fingers being bent on these units.
