Mike for Model Number FGGF3054MFA The oven igniter at the bottom of the oven will brightly glow. The oven started to take longer to to start the gas valve to turn on. Even with the igniter glowing on start up and a possible main burner start up, the gas burner will shut off, ( flame will go out ) or not go on. Should I replace the bottom igniter in the oven,( part # AP603646 )?
Answer Mike, This issue sounds likely that you have a weak igniter but can test to see if you are getting less than 3.0 Vac at the oven safety valve when the igniter is glowing.
