Answer Hello Marcia. Check and make sure the lid lock switch 134101800 is working properly. If not, the unit will not spin. Also, check and make sure the pump is not clogged. You can test the lid lock with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
