Tracie for Model Number fwx6970ew1 My washer won't spin. The agitator is working and it drains the water. My husband thought he smelled something burning. Help. Is it the motor or the lid lock assembly?
Answer Hello Tracie. Check and make sure the belt 134511600 is not bad on the unit. If it is burnt, you will need to check and see if the bearing in the tub is locked up.
