Brian for Model Number FEX831FS2 Hello. My washer will not drain or spin. I noticed the lid lock wasn't locking so I replaced it. Still not locking. When I turn the timer to spin and pull the knob out the only wire on the lid switch assembly with power going to it is the white wire with a red stripe. No humming sound coming from the drain pump. Any thoughts? Thanks.
