Alex for Model Number PLCS389ECD The 4 ignitors on the stove are not working (but gas comes out OK), and the oven does not heat up. I replaced the spark module, but am not seeing any voltage to the spark module when I turn the gas knobs to "ignite". I believe I need to replace the ignition switches but I am having a hard time finding the right part. What is the correct ignition switch part for PLCS389ECD?
Answer Alex, as the electric oven and the gas cooktop of this unit are not heating or sparking respectively, the voltage supply to the range would need to be checked as the only thing in common between the sections would be the L2 voltage supply. If there is not 240VAC when testing the power cord terminal block from the red wire terminal to the black wire terminal, the breaker for the range may need to be checked to see if it has tripped.
