Answer Hello Richard, The most common failure is the ignitor 5304534663. It's hard to tell for sure without a clamp on ampmeter TJCL1100, but the ignitor needs to turn almost white hot to open the safety valve and ignite. Orange isn't quite hot enough. The ignitor should pull between 3.2 to 3.6 amps of current to open the valve properly. Of course you should make sure gas is available to the unit.
