Answer Hello Rey, You will need to pull the unit from its' installed position to access the rear of the unit. You will need to remove the power from the unit and remove the rear panel to expose the door lock motor. When removed, you will be able to open the door. You will then need to replace either the door lock motor assembly 318095957 or the clock assembly 318183620 since one or the other is responsible for the failure. You can put the unit into a clean cycle and check for 120Vac being supplied to the motor if you are comfortable with testing live voltage. If the voltage is being sent to the motor and it does not respond, the door lock motor is bad. If voltage is not received at the motor, the issue will be in the wiring or the clock assembly 318183620. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, October 7, 2014
