Phil for Model Number 79096019400 This Kenmore range/oven's lower oven heating element fail by sagging, coming into contact with, and fusing to the oven's bottom panel. The element is removed but there is a small piece welded to this lower panel and this panel is scarred for life. The example solutions removing the panel that you provide seem not to apply. While there are 2 fasteners near the back of the panel - the heads are a carriage bolt type. A strong magnet does not budge the panel in the back. How do I remove it?
