Brenda for Model Number FEF366ASH I was making meatloaf in the oven after it was on about 20 min. I heard a loud noise, what sound like a gun shot coming from the kitchen area. After looking outside and around all the window, I then look in the oven thinking my glass pan had broke, but it was all intact. After about 30 min later I check the oven and I could see my meatloaf wasn't done and that when I thought something must be wrong with the heat. So the panel on the stove all light up even the oven light and put the time in for heat, but there is no heat. Wondering if it the probe that need to be place?
Answer Brenda, The oven probe will most likely not be the cause for this issue. You will want to check the oven bake element and make sure that it did not burn out.
