Rhonda S for Model Number RE36BNW1 Stove sets off an alarm with an error code "FC" when the oven is used and when the burners are on high, especially the larger burners. The stove top also gets very hot to the touch when the burners are on. Is this a sensor probe, a burner or the ERC, or none of the above?
Answer Rhonda, We are not showing this unit having a code for FC. There are other manufacturers that would have that and would indicate a bad ERC.
