Michael J for Model Number FAS25ER2A1 My ac will not cool properly when put on energy saver mode, will not shut off. The heat strip is kicking in when compressor is running. the unit is blowing hot air in any position, fan, energy saver, cool,and of course works great on heat. remote does all functions except turn on or off.
