Cathy for Model Number FRS6HR4HW4 I want to add a freezer shelf. When I look at the images of the parts, I see that there are shelves for my model number labeled 11, 11A, and 11B. Measurements are not provided. What is the difference among these three shelves?
Answer Cathy, 11B (part number 241657504) is the first shelf inside the freezer, 11A (part number 241657512) is the middle shelf, and 11 (part number 241657602) is the bottom wire shelf that has the drawer beneath it.
