Daniel B. for Model Number FPID2495QFOA I recently had new countertop installed and the top mounting brackets which were used in the old wood/Formica top could not be used to secure the dishwasher. The countertop installers said the black plastic plugs inside of dishwasher door jamb could be removed and to then drill a hole through the metal side and then secure dishwasher to cabinet side with a screw. This would not involve the use of a bracket. What is the Frigidaire proposed method to secure a dishwasher not using top mount? I have called Frigidaire's 800# and that only led me through prompts to local service people.
