Brenda for Model Number FRS20ZRG We hooked up a generator after being without power for 2 days. The generator is large yet to run the refrigerator. The refrigerator ran but not thinking my mom cleaned it out with the refrig running for 15 minutes or so. The refrigerator stopped working and won't turn back on. Do you know what might be causing this problem? It was running fine prior to the power outage and generator.
Answer Brenda, If the fans are working on the unit but just not cooling then the issue would most likely be caused by a faulty start relay on the compressor.
