Tim Hi. My refrigator is running, but it is only cool and wont get real cold. Do I need this part? The freezer section is fine but the refrigerator compartment is not getting cold enough. The front controls are not helping as there turned to maximum cold settings. Any ideas? My model is ..frt20ngcwa. Thanks for any help! Tim
