Donna for Model Number FGEF3032MFF The electrical power had gone out in a storm. When the power came back on the burners on top worked, but the oven does not. Any suggestions? I can't believe that a power outage would cause the oven to not be good anymore. Please advise. thank you.
Answer Donna, I would access the back panel and check voltage at the terminal block, you should read 120 volts from white to black, 120 volts white to red, and 240 volts from black to red.
