James Rand for Model Number PLES389DCB SER# NF 34710717 Order from diagram part 54A, picture shows 8 contacts, my stove has 7 contacts connected with leads. Your company sent part # 318191027, this part does not have any contacts for leads S1 and S2. Basically not the correct part because I would have two leads that I can not connect. The diagram part appears to be correct, but the part shipped does not match. What do I do now ? What is the correct switch part no. replacement ??
Answer James, Could this be the switch you need 318191023 ? It has seven(7) terminals, is a "dual infinite" switch and is listed on the prts diagram for the model number you supplied.
