Jason for Model Number FED355ESB

Hello, I've replaced the infinity switch, and now the element won't heat. I've already tested the burner and it's fine. I had to change from part number 318369616 to 318293831 (or 903136-9020). I followed the markings on back of the old switch and connected them to the like marking on the new. The old switch wasn't turning correctly so it was definitely an issue. However, I could use some help on where to go from here. I've ordered part number PS470125, just in case. I also have an unmarked panel, so any quick tips on locating the breaker for the range would be appreciated. Thanks!

Answer

Jason, There should have been a instruction sheet that comes with the switch, just double check to make sure that you made the connections correctly and also check at the H1 to H2 with the switch in the on position to make sure that you have 240 vac at that point. If there is proper power then this will most likely be the receptacle.
