Birgit for Model Number FAFW3921NW0 I have a Frigidaire affinity no FAFW3921NWO . The display shows pause and when I hold 5 sec start/pause and cancel so it’s coming Eoo. The washer does nothing. The water is still in the washer!!! We do all the steps with pull out the cord and wait, but nothing helps
