John for Model Number GLTF2940FS2 Washer when started makes a humming sound but no water. It will then start to tumble, stop, tumble,ect, but no water. This seems normal except for the fact there is no water. The humming seems louder than normal I assume thats because there is no water. There is water getting to the machine and the screen at inlet seems to not have any debris. Any thoughts. Company suggested pressure switch or control panel. Dont know how to determine which one, or if either one is the problem. Thanks.
Answer Hello John. If there is power to the water valve, and no water, and the screens are not clogged, you will need to order and replace the water valve on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
